Non ferrous scrap stationary treatment plants (SHREDDING)

ZB GROUP Hammermill Shredders (heavy duty hammerr mills) are equipped with a rotor that is fitted with several hammers that swing on the hammer-holder shafts (hammer-pins) so that when the machine stops, the hammers rest on these shafts and only take up a radial position when the machine is running due to centrifugal force. This arrangement allows the hammers to pull back when they hit a non-crushable or a piece that is too large, thereby preventing them from breaking.
